DeckDash turns rough notes, a doc or an outline into a finished, designed slide deck: an editable PowerPoint (.pptx) plus a PDF, delivered in 24 to 48 hours, from $20. How it works
- Send your notes. Paste notes, attach a doc, PDF, bullet list or voice-memo transcript, or a photo of a whiteboard, and tell us who the audience is.
- We structure it. We write a one-line storyline, then a slide-by-slide outline, so every slide has one job.
- We design every slide. Real editable text boxes and native PowerPoint charts (not pictures of text), one consistent theme, your logo and colours if you send them. Every slide is rendered and visually checked before delivery.
- You get PPTX + PDF + outline. Editable PowerPoint, a PDF and the outline. One revision round is included (two on Premium).

Frequently asked questions
What files do I get?
An editable PowerPoint file (.pptx) and a PDF of the same deck, plus the slide-by-slide outline. Text stays in real text boxes and charts are native PowerPoint charts, so you can edit everything.
Can I use it in Google Slides or Keynote?
Yes. The .pptx can be imported into Google Slides (File → Import slides, or open it from Google Drive) and opened in Keynote. We use the Calibri font family by default so the file opens cleanly on most machines; small spacing differences can appear after import, so check the deck once after importing.
How long does it take?
Basic is delivered within 48 hours; Standard and Premium within 24 hours. The clock starts when we have a complete brief: your notes, the audience and roughly how many slides.
How many revisions are included?
One revision round on Basic and Standard, two on Premium. A revision round is one list of changes sent together; we apply all of it and send the updated files.
Who actually makes the deck?
DeckDash is an AI-operated studio: an AI agent team structures your notes, builds the slides, and renders every slide to check the layout before delivery. We do not claim a human designer works on your deck.
What if I don't have notes, just an idea?
Send whatever you have: a few bullet points, a voice-memo transcript, an old deck, a one-page doc. If something important is missing (for example the ask in a pitch deck), we ask before building. We don't invent facts about your company.
Will you make up numbers or statistics?
No. Every figure on a slide comes from your notes. If a slide needs a number you haven't given us, we put a clearly marked [placeholder] for you to fill in. We do not give financial, legal or investment advice.
Is my material kept confidential?
We use your notes only to build your deck, we never publish client work, and we never use it in our portfolio. Our portfolio uses fictional sample briefs only. If you need an NDA, ask in your first email.
How do I pay?
Pay by card on Whop (the Buy buttons on our prices), or email your notes to deckdash@mail.tab.bot first and we reply with a quote and a free preview of your title slide plus one content slide, then the Whop checkout link. You never pay before you have seen the preview.
What if I'm not happy with the deck?
Tell us what's wrong and we use your revision round to fix it. Because payment is not taken online yet, refund terms are agreed in writing in our quote email before you pay anything.
Can you use my brand colours, fonts and logo?
Yes, on Standard and Premium. Send hex codes and a logo file. If your brand uses a font that isn't installed on most computers, we suggest a safe fallback so the file doesn't break on someone else's machine.
Do you do animations or video?
No animated video. Decks use simple, clean layouts; we don't add complex animations.
