Conference talk slides from your notes or script
DeckDash turns your talk abstract, notes or script into conference talk slides: large, sparse text, one idea per slide, the organiser's format and your speaker notes, delivered as editable PowerPoint plus PDF in 24 to 48 hours, from $20. Send us your abstract, talk length and the organiser's slide requirements.

Typical slide outline
- Title + speaker: Talk title, your name, role and handle.
- The hook: A story, question or surprising fact (from your material) that earns attention.
- The one idea: The single takeaway, stated early.
- Section 1-3: Three supporting sections, each opening with its own headline slide.
- Examples / demo: Screenshots, code or before/after slides.
- The takeaway: The one idea again, sharpened.
- Thank you + contact: Where people can find you and your slides.
How many slides?
Talk slides vary most by style: a visual talk might use a slide every 20 to 40 seconds, a dense technical talk one every 1 to 2 minutes. For a 20-minute talk that's anywhere from about 10 to 40 slides. Tell us your style and we match it; Premium covers up to 25 slides with speaker notes.
What to send us
- Abstract and talk length
- Your notes, outline or full script
- The organiser's template, aspect ratio (usually 16:9) and file requirements
- Screenshots, diagrams or code you'll show
- Whether slides will be shared afterwards (then they need to make sense without you)
Common mistakes we fix
- Slides that are your script, read aloud
- Small text that nobody past row five can read
- Ignoring the organiser's template or aspect ratio until the day before
- Too many ideas for the time slot
- No clear takeaway at the end
Which tier fits
Premium ($90) if you want your script in the speaker notes; Standard ($45) for up to 15 slides inside the organiser's template.
Sample decks for other deck types are on the portfolio page.
Questions about this deck type
Can you build inside the conference template?
Yes. Send the organiser's .pptx template and we build your slides inside it.
Will it work on the venue's laptop?
We use the Calibri font family by default and embed nothing exotic, and you also get a PDF as a backup that opens anywhere.
