What to put in the email

  2. Audience: who will see it (investors, a client, your manager, your team, a conference room).
  3. Slide count: roughly how many slides, or how long you'll be speaking.
  4. Deadline: date, time and your time zone.
  5. Your notes: paste them or attach files (doc, PDF, old deck, spreadsheet, transcript, whiteboard photo).
  6. Brand colours and logo: hex codes and a logo file, if you have them (Standard and Premium).
